I never thought I would experience a pandemic in my lifetime, but here we are. Sheltering in place feels surreal - sometimes it's still hard to believe that we're actually even in this quarantine, and that it's been over a month with no clear end in sight. But to be very honest, I don't really ...

Clear Space Clear Mind | Cool Packaging
I have this big appreciation for beautiful packaging. Sometimes I end up liking the box it came in more than the actual product itself... like a toddler. Seems kind of hoarder-ish that I keep all these empty boxes, but I think anyone working in marketing, advertising or any other creative industry can relate. My favorites include ...
May Cray
Is it just me or did May feel like forever and a half? So many things happened this month amongst my oldest friends and I just in the past couple of weeks. It was exciting, emotional and amazing all at the same time. And a little exhausting - not going to lie, a lot went ...
Clear Space Clear Mind
I've been reading this book lately - The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing by Marie Kondo... and it truly is life-changing. My realtor Jeanie suggested it to me when we spent some time looking at small spaces during our house hunting adventures. We saw this one house that was suuuper ...
I’ve been on cloud 9 since I got engaged. I’m excited, and also a little scared, at the thought of wedding planning. So far, we’re thinking the wedding will be sometime in the Spring of 2017, which gives me over a year to plan. I’d like to think I’m going to diet and work out in beast mode, but we’ll see. I’ve been daydreaming about what I’m going to wear, what I want my colors are going to be, what quirky venues I’d like to check out, etc, etc. You can check out my Wedding board on Pinterest here. I have a whirlwind of ideas running through my head, but when it comes to how I want to look on my wedding day, 60s style seems to be a recurring theme. I am so inspired by the 60s… thick eyeliner, dramatic lashes, flowy dresses, gem tones, and best of all, the BIG 60s hair. YUM.
Have you guys watched Season 7 of Mad Men? When I first started getting into Mad Men, I really liked that 50s Betty Draper look with the structured hair and sweet little pinup dresses… but I was in LOVE at the women’s style in the final season, when the show was set in the 60s. The hair and makeup was amazing.
I’ve come to the conclusion that I need big 60s hair for my wedding day.
If you guys have any tips on hair products, styling tools, extensions, anything to achieve these Big 60s hair looks, please share!
1 year anniversary
Hi Guys! I can't believe a year has flown by since I started Agency Addicts. This week was our 1 year anniversary! Thank you all so much for all your support, both here and on my social media channels. I've eaten enough donuts for all of us in celebration. Writing for this blog makes me ...
Summer Dresses for Work and Play
I love Summer weather, but it’s been intensely hot in So Cal, and we’ve even had a couple weeks where it was abnormally humid. I typically like to layer my clothes – cardigans are part of my daily uniform no matter what season. But lately, with this hot, sticky weather, I’ve been looking for simply, easy dresses I can just throw on without any other articles besides jewelry and shoes. I’ve been especially obsessed with shift dresses because they tend to be roomy and versatile for both the office and for a casual day or night out. Here are some of my top pics for both work and play. You can dress all of these up with a pair of pumps, or down with some cute sandals.

Refresh and Decompress
My goodness, it's February already. January was a whirlwind, and this month has already been filled with plenty of meetings, late nights and sitting in traffic. I don't have a ton of time to go out of my way to relax- like hit a spa or get a pedicure... so when I'm finally home, there ...
